Day of Coordinating Event Management Services 

I care about making your event the best possible experience for everyone involved. I take care of all the small, tedious details and arrangements so that my clients can focus on the important stuff. That’s why I make the effort to understand your exact needs, so the event you imagine is the event you’ll get.
Prices may also be lower depending on scope of work needed. Below are on average.

Prices Start at $950 for guests under 150.
Events over 200 guests starts at $1250. Price includes on site management and assistant to make the event flawless. For groups over 150. 
Day of Coordination Includes
In person meeting and walk through of the site 30 days prior. Final touches. Keeping you on time. Checking in vendors and final payments. We make sure every detail is caught from the forks being set just right to having a tissue in our pocket before you head down the aisle. We keep your parents from stressing and you feeling pampered. Your gifts are taken to your car. Every detail planned and thought of. We can take care of set up and tear down. The sky is the limit! 

Event Decor Rental and Drop Off Services 

Trust me to take care of all your event details. This service is customized to fit your budget and specific needs, so you don't have to worry about a thing. I guarantee your guests will be raving about the event afterwards and how beautiful everything was.

Table and Decoration set up and tear down

Already bought a ton of stuff for decorating and realizing your timeline you won’t have time to do it yourself? 
My team and I can come in and do it all for you. Drop off your boxes of decor and let us do the work. 
I offer tons of rentals that could take your decorations to the next level and save you some money as well. 
Tons of signage! Ask me about it! 
Let’s talk about what you have and I can give a free quote on what it would be to set up and tear down. You’ll want to relax in this special day. Let me be your perfectionist!

Room Flip Service 

I care about making your event the best possible experience for everyone involved. I take care of all the small, tedious details and arrangements so that my clients can focus on the important stuff. That’s why I offer a room flip option. Having the ceremony and reception in the same place? We can turn it to make it magical during your cocktail hour! 
Prices starting at $250 if you are booking other services or rentals we can bundle the pricing.

Service Staff: Servers, Buffet Attendant, Bartenders 

We have a highly trained food and beverage staff roster that can help with any event large or small.
There is a 4 hour minimum per server or bartender.$30 per hour for one server $50 an hour for two servers. 
$50 per hour for one bartender  or $100 per hour for 2 bartenders.
Staff will wear all black uniform and black mask. 
Bartender staff is licensed not insured. Will only pour and serve/ no cash bars/ client provides all supplies.
